Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskFlow ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and workspace members.

Description of Service

TaskFlow is a collaborative task management Progressive Web App (PWA) that allows users to:

• Create, edit, and manage personal tasks
• Collaborate with others via shared workspaces
• Sync tasks across multiple devices
• Optionally integrate with Google Calendar
• Receive push notifications for workspace activity

User Accounts

To use certain features of TaskFlow, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information when registering
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TaskFlow to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application

Workspaces and Collaboration

When you create or join a workspace, you agree that:

• All workspace members can view, edit, and delete shared tasks
• Workspace owners can add or remove members at any time
• Deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated tasks
• You are responsible for the content you contribute to shared workspaces

Workspace owners bear responsibility for managing access and ensuring appropriate use within their workspaces.

Intellectual Property

TaskFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create within the App.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of TaskFlow, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability
• Update these terms with reasonable notice to users

Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, whether due to technical failure, user error, or any other cause.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaskFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Upon deletion:

• All your personal tasks will be permanently deleted
• Workspaces you own will be deleted along with all their tasks
• Your account data will be removed from our systems

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
